As a Certified Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing Practitioner, Mindset (CBT) Coach, I guide others through practices that soothe the nervous system and nurture the soul, blending mindful movement, breath, and sound to restore balance from the inside out.
I know the weight of busy days, the tight shoulders, racing thoughts, and endless lists that never seem to rest. My own healing began when I learned to pause, to breathe, and to listen. Through yoga, meditation, and sound, I found a lighter way to move through the world, one filled with clarity, ease, and deeper presence.
Now, it’s my joy to share these tools with others, to help you stretch out the stress, quiet the noise, and reconnect to the peace that’s already within you.
