I'm a lover of the beach and all things nature, with a passion to help guide you to a calmer nervous system through holistic healing like yoga, meditation, sound healing, and mindset coaching. I wear many badges like wife, mom, & snack ninja to name a few. Without a doubt, the great outdoors is where I connect and recharge. Although, I know all to well that life is a lot with tight shoulders, racing thoughts, and that to-do list never quits. Life is extremely busy and all too consuming some days, and attention must be paid to lower stress through self-care.

Best of all, I completely flipped my life around with consistent yoga & meditation, and it turns out, breathing & stretching really do work! My overall well-being was positively impacted and the way I walked around the world seemed lighter & easier. Whether you need to stretch out stress, quiet the mental chaos, or just breathe a little deeper, these practices are your secret weapon for moving easier, and feeling better about life. Now, I help others do the same, one deep breath and balance pose at a time.
